Pipes, drains, sewer systems, or joints in poor condition can cause more serious problems like water or gas leaks, unpleasant odours, or even pest problems. Our advanced detection tests let us identify the exact site of the problem and fix it.

There are two types of testing we can use, depending on the situation. The first test uses a small articulated camera, while the second uses a completely inoffensive smoke that is non-toxic to humans, animals, and plants, and leaves no trace in your home. Although the smoke may cause a slight odour to make the detection work easier, the smell will dissipate in a few minutes with adequate ventilation.
